Welcome to fit2work, the approved service provider for obtaining an International Criminal History Check (ICHC) report for the Medical Sciences Council of New Zealand.

- You can apply for an ICHC report using this form and will need to complete one for each country where you have resided for a period of 12 months or more from the age of 18 years.
- You will need to pay your ICHC check directly to fit2work.
- The cost is NZD $171.35 per country / jurisdiction checked.
- fit2work will assess your application for completeness once you have submitted.
- You will be provided with a check reference number which you will need to include as part of your registration application with the Medical Sciences Council of New Zealand
- A copy of the check result will be made available to you via fit2work.
