Welcome to fit2work for Western Health.

If you are new to fit2work, you will need to register for a new account to complete your police check. If you are an existing fit2work account user, please log in to your account.

PLEASE NOTE:
You will be required to provide four (4) identity documents to complete the application. We suggest that you have these documents ready prior to beginning the application process.

If you are using a computer to complete the application, we recommend that you photograph or scan your identity documents and save them to your computer or a USB prior to beginning the application process.

If you are using a mobile device/tablet, you can photograph the identity documents and upload them directly from your device.
